Common Questions
LG EVA is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer produced by LG Chem. The vinyl acetate content and melt flow index define its flexibility, adhesion and processability for adhesive, foam and film uses.
Both are VA 28% grades. LG EVA 28400 has a very high melt flow (MFI 400) for high-speed thin-coat hot-melt adhesive, while LG EVA 28025 (MFI 25) is a dual-purpose grade for hot-melt adhesive and foam.
It is supplied in 25 kg bags, palletized and shrink-wrapped. Store dry at 10–25°C (not above 35°C) and follow FIFO rotation.
Selection depends on your process and end use — high-flow grades for fast HMA coating, medium-flow grades for foam and lamination. Our team provides grade-selection support based on your application.
